There are no "diving underwater" submarine tours on Catalina island but there are several semi-submersible vessel (semi-submarine) tours. We have seen pictures and videos of a red semi-submarine off Catalina island and in person we have seen a yellow semi-submarine and a turquoise semi-submarine. We are still not sure which tour company operated the turquoise vessel.
