Fort Humboldt State Historic Park
Former United States Army Fort that was active from about 1853 to 1870. Features historic structures and displays related to interactions between European-American settlers and the local Native Americans. Fort Humboldt is located at 3431 Fort Avenue in Eureka.

Tolowot Village on Indian Island / Duluwat island
Officially designated United States a National Parks Service Historic Landmark on July 19, 1964. Designated a United States National Historic Place #66000208 on October 15, 1966. Marks the site of a historic center of the Wiyot people and the main site wiere the 1860 Wiyot Massacre took place.
