Proposed Condo Project in Historic Olive Heights

Olive Milling Land and Improvement Company
Created a development of Olive Heights, with one acre lots, in 1887. Later thye lots were subdivided into quarter acre lots with only three dwellings allowed on each of those lots.

Olive Elementary School
The school's gymnasium has been designated a national historical landmark by the United STates Department of the Interior. One of the schools in the the Orange Unified School District.
