Palm Springs International Airport
940 acre commercial airport with two runways that has many more flights in the winter then in summer. Built in 1939 as a United States Army Air Corps emergency landing airfield. Purchased by the city of Palm springs in 1961 and operated as a commercial airport since 1964. Offers flights operated by Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, Horizon, Mesa, SkyWest, Sun Country, United, U.S. Airways, U.S. Airways Express, Virgin America, and WestJet. Top destinations include Dallas-Fort Worth, San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago-O'Hare, Salt Lake City, Portland, and Bellingham. Home of the Palm Springs Air Museum. Banning Municipal Airport

Riverside Municipal Airport
City of Riverside, 525 acre public use, corporate and general aviation airport with two runways (5400 and 2850 feet) and a helipad. Home of the Riverside Air Show, the Riverside Pilots Flying Club, and the Riverside Civil Air Patrol. Offered Western Express Air commercial flights to the Laughlin-Bullhead International Airport until that airline ceased operations in May of 2007. Formerly known as the Riverside Arlington Airport. Blythe Airport
County-owned, 3904 acre, public use, general aviation airport with two runways, 6543 and 5800. Located about seven miles west of the center of Blythe.

French Valley Airport
County-owned, 261 acre, public use, general aviation airport with one 6000 foot runway. Home of the Wings and Rotors Air Museum. Located on Highway 79, near the town of Temecula in Murrieta.

Hemet-Ryan Airport
County-owned, public use, general aviation airport that also supports aerial fire fighting operations and the aerial operations of the Riverside County Sheriff's Office. airport located about four miles southwest of the center of Hemet. Home of the Hemet Ryan Air Show, the Hemet-Ryan flight School, and the firefighting operations of the Ryan Air Attack Base.

Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport
County-owned, 1850 acre, public use, general aviation airport with two runways, 8500 feet and 4995 feet. formerly known as the Thermal Airport and the Desert Resorts Regional Airport. Built jointly by the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy during World War II. Home of the Jacqueline Cochran Airshow and the operations of Desert Jet Charters, Thermal Aviation Services, Tradition Aviation Services, and Signature Flight Services. Located about one mile west of California State route 86S and about six miles south of Interstate Highway 10, near the town of Thermal, in the Lower Coachella Valley area known as the Desert Resorts Region.

Limited Use Riverside County Airport
Chiriaco Summit Airport
570, public use, general aviation airport one 4600 runway. Located in the travelers' services community of Chiriaco Summit. The General Patton Memorial Museum is also located in Chiriaco Summit.

Desert Center Airport
Formerly party of General Patton's Desert Training Center. Sold by he Riverside County Economic Development Agency in 2006 to the developers of the Chuckwalla Valley Raceway.

Home of the Flabob Airport Cafe, the Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1 Far West Aviation, Flabob Aero Club. Bermuda Dunes Airport
94 acre, public use, general aviation airport with one 6002 foot runway. Located in the Coachella Valley comunity of Bermuda Dunes, at 600 South Hathaway Street, between Palm Desert and Indio. Perris Valley Airport
Privately owned and operated public use airport with one runway, but no control tower, runway lights or approach lights. Used primarily for the skydiving school and operations of Perris Valley Skydiving. Located about a mile southeast of the Town of Paris.
