SOURCE: Sierra nevada Mountain Range
TULARE COUNTY TOWNS: Three Rivers
RECREATION: river rafting and kayaking on the class IV section
NOTES:
THE RIVER Ends at Lake Kaweah, aka the Terminus Reservoir.
River rafting and kayaking are typically done between
April and late June on a 10 mile section of the river
from the East Fork Confluence to the Lake Kaweah.
Rafting level is "difficult" (Class IV and higher)
and for experienced whitewater rafters only.
