Camp Nelson Lodge
Mountain lodge with ten rooms separate from the main lodge that can be rented to individuals or groups. Rooms have private bathrooms and small refrigerators and either one king bed, one queen bed, or two queen beds. Some of the units also have double sleeping futons. Note that all of the the fireplaces and wooden stoves in the rooms are simulated, they do not burn real wood. On-site facilities available only to large groups include a dining room that can seat up to 50 people and a large multi-purpose room with a raised stage with a sound system, a projection system with a ten foot screen, a piano, seating areas, coffee tables, and a game table. Situated at an elevation of about 4,800 feet above sea level. Located within the Giant Sequoia National Monument. at 1699 Nelson Drive.
