More then 6 miles of nature trails with 29 trail entrances
in the neighborhoods of Watsonville.
The trails are situated on 800 acres of freshwater wetlands.
Dogs must be on leashes.
Free guided nature walks are available through the Watsonville
City Nature Center at 30 Harkins Slough Road.
That center also has trail maps and brochures.
Agricultural History Museum
Museum and agriculture history project located at at 2601 East
Lake Avenue in Watsonville, near the entrance to the
Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds.
Exhibits are in several structures on the property
including the 2-story Codiga Center and Museum Building, and the Porter Implement Shed.
Also on the property is an Illinois Central Railroad Caboose
and a shady gazebo with picnic tables.
